I take my passion very seriously and my promise to you is that I will make every single treatment count. I love sharing my knowledge so you can be sure after each treatment you will leave with valuable information and practical advice for your own home care. About Me

I am a former dancing professional where I used to compete in highest world class level. From this I have learned what it means to give your body the best care, treatment, rest and how not to take it for granted. I have always been passionate about sports and bodyworks. Learning about injury prevention and treatments was always an interest of mine. In 2015 I officially became an ITEC Qualified Massage Therapist after graduating with Distinction from Holistic College Dublin. I am a member of the Irish Massage Therapist Association recognised by the Department of Health & Irish Life Health insurance. I am fully insured and promote high standards and ethics in clinical practice.
